ABOUT US

We believe in Upper Arlington.
And in the people who call it home.

Since 1988, Leadership UA has provided residents with development programs that encourage leadership and community engagement, and community programs that increase dialogue between our residents. Participating in one of our programs provides you the opportunity to network within the community, strengthen leadership skills, and broaden your understanding of local issues.

In addition to providing great programming, Leadership Upper Arlington also recognizes those individuals who have made an exceptional impact in the community. Awards like the Exceptional Leadership Award and the Distinguished Alumni Award are always presented at our annual Graduation and Award Ceremony in the late spring.

Leadership Upper Arlington was created for our neighbors. We believe in Upper Arlington. And in the people who call it home. We invite you to take a look at all we have to offer.
